Time to Complete: 10 minutes
You will need: Treadmill
- Start on a treadmill at a moderate walking pace (between 3.5 and 4.0 depending on height)
- For 1 minute, walk at a 1.0 incline.
- For the next minute, raise the incline to 2.0
- Continue raising the incline by 1.0 for every minute until minute 9 through 10, when you'll hit a 10.0 incline
