Time to Complete: 8 minutes (or so)
You'll need: Just your body
- Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and raise your arms over your head straight up with fingers touching (in the shape of a Christmas Tree!).
- Tighten your abs and keep them tight through the exercise.
- Keeping your left arm straight toward the ceiling, lean your body to the right, while bringing your right arm (keeping it straight) down toward your right knee.
- Return your right arm to meet your left and repeat on the left side.
Do 20 repetitions, rest for 30 seconds then repeat the full set 2 more times.
