You will need: Egg Beaters Egg Whites, 1 oz low fat cheddar cheese, 2-3 tbsp salsa
- Pour 2/3 cup egg whites in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 min 40 seconds
- Add grated cheese and microwave 20 more seconds
- Remove and add salsa – eat and enjoy!
