I'm in sunny California today, and the vitamin D is flowing! If you live in a sunny state, take advantage and walk your way to fitness. There are all kinds of ways you can incorporate walking into your everyday life:
1. Walk to a park with your dog
2. Walk up stairs
3. Walk to the store
4. Park away from your destination and walk
5. Walk and shop!
