3 ingrediant perfect lunch

Today's gymcoach entry is not an exersize at all but a delicious, healthy, low fat and packed with protein lunch any busy professional can do!

Time to complete: 5 minutes
You will need: A microwave, knife, fork, bowl and 3 ingredients
Ingredients: Frozen shrimp, tail off (about 16), broccoli (a full small stalk), McCormick's garlic pepper seasoning
  1. Place frozen shrimp in the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, wash broccoli and slice off stalks
  3. Remove bowl; add broccoli and garlic pepper
  4. Microwave for 2 more minutes
  5. Remove, eat and enjoy!

Calories: 177 , Fat: 0.8g; Carbs: 14; Protein: 25g
