3 ingredient perfect desert!

Oh the delicious deserts of summer. Ice creams, puddings, shortcakes .. well here's a way to enjoy the summer without the guilt! My 3 ingredient perfect desert:
  1. 1 graham cracker, crush and place at bottom of a small ramkin
  2. 2-3 strawberries (or other berry), sliced and placed on top of graham
  3. 2 tbs. Cool Whip light - top over berries

Calories: 62!!! Fat: 1.8g, Carbs: 11.2
